Optometrists is very knowledgeable he suggested my 9 month old daughter get her eyes checked. Took her to a different optometrists and sure enough she needed glasses. Service is great. Sometimes they take a bit long to notify you when something has arrived or when your appointment is due but I blame the automated system they use. The automated system calls you when they have received your glasses and are ready to pick up usually is a couple days late. It a good office overall my son and I are patient dont plan on switching anytime soon.

I chose this place because of the late hours (appointments until 5:30, which is a real bonus). The optometrist was friendly enough, and seemed to get my prescription right. I wanted sunglasses for an upcoming trip. They did not arrive in time, and the office staff made it pretty clear that they would not contact the lab or go out of their way to expedite delivery as the deadline approached. The selection of frames was bare bones, and I ended up paying $400 for my sunglasses even after insurance. Probably wont go back.

I found staff to be very friendly and helpful. Dr. Ng took the time to explain everything to me and was thorough. This will definitely be my new home for eye care.
