I think the Optometrist himself is a very qualified and talented guy, but the front of the house staff, thats another story. I asked my employee to show me the most indestructible frames they had, and he selected Oakley. In no time I had to come back a second time for them to replace the frame, the first time was because they put the wrong lenses in, I payed for photo chromatic and didnt get them. They were moving and so while i was told it would only be a few days it was two weeks without my glasses. My worst complaint though, came as a result of my flex plan wanting more info on the charges (they dont include the codes in the invoice, that flex plans require, apparently), so I couldnt order contact lenses because my flex plan had been suspended. I gathered all the info for the plan and asked the front of the house if he would fax it in for me so that the plan would lift the suspension. HE SAID HE WOULD. Weeks went by, and I finally called and asked if he had done it and I got a lecture about how they dont do that. i said: "fine, you should have said so, instead of yes". So i fired them and they were very pompous about it. With another lecture that no one sends invoices to flex plans, that it was my responsibility. I asked my flex plan agent and was told Optometrists do that all the time.

I got a routine eye exam covered under medi-cal here and it was a pretty good experience. I loved the decor (big deal, I know!), the paperwork was handled quickly and efficiently. The exam was also quick and efficient with every single procedure being explained including conditions to stay aware of going forward. My most pressing questions were answered, one of them before I even asked it. The exam did feel a little bit rushed, but the doctor asked twice if I had any questions, so I have no real complaints about that. I did not buy glasses but I did ask for and get price range information so I could plan for a purchase in the future. The optician impressed me because he saw right away that my current glasses didnt fit well (they dont) and said that would be the first thing to fix in a new pair of frames. I will probably return to Eye Love because they seem good, have a range of prices and are in a great shopping location in Pinole.

Dr. Park L. Hsieh impressed me by taking time to learn more about my condition and recording everything on his computer. He went through the form I had completed and found some incomplete areas and asked me question to make sure we had the right information on record. One of the questions concerned the medication I was taking. He guessed correctly why I was on that medication but wanted a confirmation from me. He sought as much relevant information as I could give and recorded all the information on his computer. He appeared to be a very proficient computer user. I have just picked up my eyeglasses and they feel great. Before I met Dr. Hsieh I had to make an appointment. From the time I made the appointment to the time I picked up my glasses, the members of staff were very friendly and polite. They were very helpful, too. Dr. Hsieh is one of the most efficient doctors I have ever met. With him as my doctor, my eyes are in safe hands.

My husband and I have been coming to Dr. Hsieh for six years. He and his staff are amazing. Dr Hsieh provides a really thorough exam and provides feedback as the exam progresses. We feel like he knows us and monitors our progress from year to year. We trust his professionalism completely. He is patient with our questions and is happy to fully explain answers in terms we understand. The support staff is friendly, competent and professional. Aidan is amazing at helping to pick out frames that look good on us and are functional. We even drop by from time-to-time to have him re-adjust our glasses. We will continue to use Eye Love Optometry and highly recommend their services

These guys are great, my husband and I have been coming to Eye Love Optometry for years. Dr. Park is very personable and explains everything he is doing very nicely. He is very knowledgable and I know that my eyes are in good hands. Whenever I order contacts or glasses they always arrive on time. They have a great selection of frames at the store. I highly recommend you give them a try for your eye care needs.

They $#ck I call for an emergency was a little metal shaving I got in my eye from my job that at the end even my wife could take it off and the lady said were closing in thirty minutes it pissed me off big time if toy guys were so worried about your clietns as you pretend you do you would help me. I love Dr. Hsieh and the entire staff. I have been a patient/customer for 8 years and have always been treated wonderfully. Dr. Hsieh goes over what he is doing and why in great detail which I really appreciate. The staff is always very helpful and friendly, I cant imagine going anywhere else!

Dr. Sieh was incredibly efficient and knowledgable. I havent had an eye exam in years but I know that the last one was not as thorough as the exam I received at Eye Love Optometry. I get the feeling that they actually do love optometry there. Highly recommend.
