Whenever youll be considering to get a new pair of glasses from Kosnoski Eye Care beware, on top of the regular optometric services (which is usually covered by your vision insurance) they may consider charging you for the "Comprehensive Exam, Medical", which will be coordinated to your primary medical insurance and likely cost you some extra money. Remember, you have already gave your consent for that (and who knows which else) extra service when you signed their service agreement. Bad service by Kosnoski Eye Care!
