I would not recomment this place. I went in there with a plan and they misinformed me about my insurance coverage and I came out paying hundreds of dollars. Yes, that is my fault but when you should be establishing a trusting relationship with your patients, that isnt the way to do it. Furthermore, I started having bad red eyes and pain/inflammation. When I went to Iris for a check up they said it was an infection and gave me some drops. The care I recieved was below satisfactory. I went to another eye doctor (when the infection didnt go away) only to find out the solution I was using was causing an allergic reaction and causing my eyes to scratch and tear. I do not plan on ever going back.

The staff and doctors are a friendly and professional team. After a thorough exam I chose my frames and a week later had a new pair of glasses. My first pair of bifocals, I had trouble adjusting to wearing them, and returned to the store. The doctor made a couple of simple changes to the frame and they fit better. Improved my vision and no extra charge! I gladly recommend Iris Optometric.

Iris Optometric Center is great! The entire staff welcomed me like a member of their family. Everyone worked well together and efficiently. I found some great glasses answer will be returning later this month for contacts. Parking on Piedmont is annoying, but of course, thats to be expected. I would highly recommend them.
