I have told my family to stop going there. But my mother swears its a good place. I finally went now that I am finally an adult. My appointment was at 10:15am. I signed in an said good morning to the receptionist an she didnt respond to me, so then I sat down and waited for my name to be called. I didnt get called till 11:30. And before even calling my name, the guy who called my name went to talk to the insurance guy who sits next to the glasses on the wall an Im listening to them talking about me an they start looking at me. And then they noticed I was looking an they stopped an he called my name. After they checked my eyes, I had to order my glasses. And the guy talks to me an in the middle of the conversations starts talking to his co worker about his amazing garage remote he ordered. He wasnt paying attention to me an my questions. He was extremely rude. I wanted to see more options an he kept talking to his co worker. Bottom line, this place is terrible.

They should not take a lot of patient for an appointment.The waiting time is so miserable.They should have consideration especially to their older patient.

Kind people. Treat you with respect. Though sometimes have to wait a bit more than the time indicated. But its alright.
