Terrible experience! A month ago I made my appointment with a receptionist who took 35 minutes to schedule me. I should of known then that this place was a joke but I didnt listen to my gut. She went from not being able to get me in for 10 weeks to 8 weeks to 4 weeks, the catch was I would have to drive to Gresham. Having problems with my eyes, I took the appt. Today I drove all the way there to be told that my appt was actually an hour before my arrival. Okay, mistakes happen people are human... Heres the worst part - even though it was THEIR fault and Im having problems with my eyes, none of their 3 doctors would see me today. Terrible. Now Ive wasted my morning and have to find a new doctor and wait to be seen by them all because NW Eye Health is incompetent.

Amazing and helpful staff. My husband is currently deployed overseas and needed emergency contacts, there wasnt anything his current eye care place could do so I decided to give it a shot and call EyeHealth Northwest and see if there was anything they could do even though my husband hasnt been a customer with them in 2 years since we live out of State now. Not only are they helping us get his contacts right away but the Doctor wanted to thank him for his service by paying for the contacts himself. My husband and I are so thankful and lost for words. Thank you so much to the doctor and EyeHealth Northwest at Troutdale.

Every single time Ive come in Ive been treated poorly by the "nurses" that come in and treat me first. My doctor is great, but unfortunately he doesnt balance out all of the negative experiences Ive had. Every time I call the contact lense department, nobody answers, nobody calls back when I leave a message. You can definitely tell nobody has a good attitide while working there. Im so sick of this place, and will be looking for a new doctor.

Had emergency exam while travelling from Fargo, ND. Was treated well by very friendly staff. Exam was professional and thorough, and finding a tear, they set me up with surgery the same day. I was very impressed
