I have been seeing Dr. Bergstrom for my eye care many years -- Ive lost count, but at least 8 years. I wear bi-focal contacts, and getting the prescription right can be tricky. I am near sighted and require reading glasses. Dr. Bergstrom is always friendly, and patient. Hes great about adjusting my prescription so that I can see clearly to read and while Im driving. Im so thankful that I dont have to wear reading glasses, because I never have them when I need them. I moved to Bellevue, but Ii still drive back to Queen Anne to see Dr. Bergstrom. Its super convenient that I the office has parking, as well. Ive never had any issues with insurance coverage - the office handles everything smoothly. Ive also seen Dr. Lo, and he was great, too. I recommend the clinic without hesitation.

Great work on eye exams and super friendly. I have bought two pair of glasses there, one regular and one prescription sunglasses. The first pair was the regular glasses and they could not adjust them to fit me correctly, eventually apologizing and letting me leave with a bad fit which I am still tweaking. They also scratched the frames during adjustment and told me to come back in about a year and they would replace them. Still do not understand the logic. The prescription glasses were great except the frames were slightly small and I was never told there was a larger option. I would have liked to try both before spending $450 dollars on the shades. Overall a great place, but I will not buy frames from them again without checking other options.

My wife and I have been going to Dr. Bergstrom for several years and have always had an excellent experience. There is something about having a private eye doctor that makes a necessary medical visit much better than if we went to a large cut rate operation. Dr Bergstrom is always friendly has an excellent professional demeanor when doing examinations and is always responsive to our needs as patients. He does not try to sell us anything we dont need. We have continued with Queen Anne eye clinic for our needs even though we have moved to Snohomish County. The trust that we have in the Doctor and the positive experience we have each time is worth the miles and effort expended to travel to Queen Anne Eye Clinic for our annual eye examination.

Ive been seeing Dr Lo for two years. His knowledge, professionalism and attention to individual needs is first rate. This clinic has excellent equipment and they truly are at the front of the pack in their field. They have close relationships with the best ophthalmologists in Seattle and can refer you to the right place if you need different care. I have had several occasions when my son needed immediate attention regarding broken glasses, adjustments, or simple counseling. When Dr Lo was not available, Dr Bergstrom stepped in and saved the day. I hope that they never move since it will just force me to drive further to get their care.

I have been going to QA Eye Clinic for almost 10 years. My 5 year old son had his first appointment with Dr. Lo a few days ago. I was uncertain how my son would react and how the staff would treat a little kid. I was blown away and extremely happy by their friendliness, relaxed pace with a young person, and the different methods they used to help my son with all the special eye equipment and vision checks. We found out my son needs glasses and we ordered a pair after a no-pressure sales approach in helping find a pair he likes. My son rates Dr. Lo 5/5 stars and the air puff machine a 1/5 stars.

My visit to this office, for an annual eye exam, was pretty much the easiest doctor appointment Ive ever had. The environment is nice, relaxing and clean. I saw Dr. Lo and he was very accommodating, explained things well so that I could understand, and was efficient. He also was very friendly as I didnt feel like just another name on his patient list. I was in and out pretty quick and did not have to wait at all. They are very on top of their stuff and friendly. Definitely recommend these guys!

Ive been visiting this Queen Anne Eye Clinic for about two years and my experience was very good. Once I had to bring my kid with an urgent issue and a doctor examined her right away without a prior appointment. Doctor always performs a thorough examination and explains everything clearly. Stuff is also very nice, friendly and helpful. Living in QA Im really happy to have this clinic so close.

All of the staff here is incredibly friendly. Not only was my doctor professional and completely knowledeable, but he actually took time to get to know me and I saw him stopping on his way to the front desk to speak with another of his patients. The staff here genuinely cares about the people that they serve and they are all very good at what they do! 10/10 would reccomend!

This place in no way convenient for me to get to, as it always takes me at least an hour to get there from my house. That being said, I wont go anywhere else. The staff are highly accommodating and very patient. Their selection is awesome, Dr. Lo is awesome, the front desk people are awesome. Best place in Seattle to get new glasses.

I was very well-satisfied with my first visit at Queen Anne Eye Clinic. Dr. Philip was cooperative and knowledgeable. The office was clean and the staffs were friendly. The parking was not an issue at least the time I visited. I will highly recommend this clinic to anyone and will visit again myself in future.

I dont think I have seen a better and a more patient doctor than Dr. Philip Lo. I cannot trust my eyes with any other doctor now. I have suggested my husband as well to see Dr. Lo. The staff is friendly and scheduling the appointment over phone was quite easy.

I went to Queen Anne Eye Clinic when traveling for work. I had a bit of an eye emergency and the doctor stayed open to take care of a random person who isnt even his normal patient. Kind, compassionate and deserves recognition. Highly recommend.

great eye appointment, but out of network and the Optical manager tried to hard sell me on buying glasses there instead of under my eye insurance. Telling me it wouldnt be cheaper... it was, $113 vs the $500 he wanted me to pay.

Your phone tree goes in a circle. I wasnt able to speak to a receptionist to make an appointment no matter how many times I pressed 2, as instructed. Thats a poor customer experience.
