I called this office on the phone for a few days straight, each day I called between 5-7 different times. No one answered the phone at any point. The phone rang 5 times and then a recording picked up and you were prompted to give information to another recording. Finally I just went to the location to make an appointment. The girl at the front desk did not even look up when I walked in the door or the whole time I was making my appointment with her. I was so dissappointed that I made an appointment at Hillcrest Vision where I was able to speak to a person the first time I called. I would never go back there.

This was my first time here and I have to say, it was amazing. I went in for an annual visit and the staff was very polite and efficient. They had my paperwork ready to fill out when I got there. During my appointment, Dr. Dunn noticed some irregularities with my optic nerves that resulted in a trip to Wake Forest Baptist Hospital Eye Clinic. She could have left it at that, but I recieved a call from her personally the next afternoon checking on me. That phone call alone has made me a customer forever!!

Had an 1140 appointment. Didnt get called for previsit until 1155. Got in the room and waited 30 minutes. Finally asked the front desk and they said dr. Anderson had an emergency in the next room. Well thats one thing but nobody bothered to tell me. I left without being seen. I am not impressed with the office or the staff and I wont be back.

The doctors here are great, I just found it harder and harder to get an appointment that fit my schedule without booking two months in advance. The office staff is not the friendliest sometimes and has messed up my appointment time twice now. I have taken my business somewhere else.

I have had very slow service. Nobody ever answers the phone. If you leave a message it may get returned in a few days. Dr. Teague is very nice and helpful. It is the office staff that is lacking.
