This was my third visit to this location trying to get new lenses for my glasses. This was the third time that the "optical" person was unavailable. This is literally a business billing themselves as optometrists that are unable to provide you help getting glasses. There is apparently no cross training or real care that they ask you to come back later or in a week when their optical person is there. If youre looking to get glasses, save yourself the trouble and stay away, as this "business" cant provide you that service. Easily the worst provider of services Ive come across. I dont understand how they are still in business.

I have been going to Dr. Hoyt for many years and I really enjoy her. What I dont appreciate is feeling rushed throughout the entire appointment and being asked to pay hundreds of dollars up front, but not given the time to read through the consent forms. I also dont have vision coverage which has been the case for years and never once was I offered any help to pay over a $700 bill or offered a discount for cash pay. Unfortunately I will be finding a new provider now, one that is more affordable and willing to help the patient.

I appreciate that every person takes enough time to engage with me on a personal level, beginning with a prompt call responding to my internet-based appointment request, then others from the front desk through initial eye exam and intake questions, then including lots of time with my doctor. It makes me feel comfortable and it gives me confidence they are thoroughly checking my health.
