HORRIBLE customer service. Im a new customer there and I wont ever go back. First, they kept phone tagging me for about a week and a half about my insurance not covering my contacts, then it would, then there was some lack of communication between the staff members but it will. Then they ordered the wrong kind of contacts and charged me for it. Then they ordered the right ones but NEVER checked the prescription on them and they ended up being the wrong prescription. They had been sitting there for 3 WEEKS and nobody checked the prescription. I wasted gas going over there. Never again. Its been a total of two months to two and a half months and I still dont have my contacts. VERY unprofessional staff but the doctor is nice enough but doesnt want to talk to her upset customers that has had a hard time with her staff ordering contacts and doesnt want to apologize for her staff.

The main reason I am writing a review is because I had a misdiagnosis. I had an issue with one of my eyes and the doctor here said it was an infection. Turned out to be something completely different. I didnt need to use the eye drops they perscribed to me. I went back not too long after my inital diagnosis to get scene again since my eye was still bothering me. I tried going on a Saturday without an appointment. Since I was not currently in pain, they said Id have to wait until next week to get seen. They messed up a couple of times with my insurance and never did get it right. I went to another doctor and this other doctor put me through way more tests than this place. The staff here is ok and their selection of glasses and sunglasses is the only bright point.

The last exam my wife had there, they gave her an obviously wrong prescription and told her to wait a couple of weeks. Shes been wearing glasses for 45 years. She had to really push to get them to have the other doctor look at it and indeed, it was way off. They fixed it, but of course it was a hassle. They said they would send a second prescription for reading glasses via e-mail and again, a long period of reminders to get them to send. High pressure to get you to buy in their boutique, arrogant doctor - and then to top it it off, they keep calling us to have a yearly exam, after we told them to put us on their "do not call" list. Then we got robo calls. Theyre only a few blocks from our house, but the convenience is no longer worth it. Ugh.

I have been going to this office for over 5 years. The first three years were wonderful. I even referred them to three friends.
The last two years things have gotten worse. When getting contact trials I have gone MONTHS before hearing from them (it is usually me calling them). Basically this is how the phone conversation goes:
Me: "Hi. I came in for an eye check and the doctor was going to order trials."
Them: "Let me guess, it has been a few months and you havent heard back"
Me: "Yeah!"
Them: "Let me go check"

We switched from another provider in Snohomish. We wont be returning here. Reasonably thorough exam. Oh, the form they had you sign after asking "do you have medical insurance?" -- they use that to bill your medical insurance for part of what others do as an eye exam. Of course its not a normal charge, nor is it considered (by our major insurer) preventive care, so you will end up being billed by the insurer if you havent met your deductible yet. There is a reason for all of those frames on display. They want to sell you "style". Theyre not terribly pushy about it, but Im sure they do well on the markup.

We used these guys for years, and felt that they were fine for single-vision glasses and no complications, if expensive. at my last visit I was told I have cateracts, and pressured hard to buy trifocals when I prefer to buy separate glasses for driving, reading, computer. Went to other optometrists and find that I do not have cateracts. In the last few years theyve gotten bad at following up on their end and being pushy about calling us with reminders, and they use robo-callers so we cant tell them to stop calling. definitely not going back.

I went a little over a year ago for an exam and bought glasses for $400.00. Called today asking for my prescription information, they gave me half the information I needed and told me I needed to pay $35.00 for the rest of it. Which I thought was completely ridiculous because any other professional would give me my medical history. They are really only interested in you if you spend money at there facility, Ill go blind before going back to them.

I purchase my sunglasses and eye glasses annually from this practice and feel that the care I recieve from the front desk, all the way through to Dr. Anup is fabulous. I love Stacy at the front desk, she always gives her honest opinion as to what she thinks looks good and the Dr. gives such great care in listening to my or my childrens needs.

I appreciated the professional care and help given to me every time I have been to this very attractive office. I was just a walk in, asking if there was anything that could be done about my horrible itching, burning eyes? Dr. quickly took me back checked and prescribed something, that has helped me to this day. Thank you all so much.

My husband damaged his eye really bad at work and she was willing to see him after hours to treat him. She even squeezed my husband into schedule to make sure to see improvement on his injured eye. She was very nice, helpful and she saved his eye. The staff were amazing. Loved how they were friendly :) best eye doctor EVER!

The customer service and I am continuing to receive from this place has been absolutely horrendous. I have been waiting on my glasses for months and have been told that is to factory default but I am the one who has to continue to call to find out where my glasses are instead of them calling me

Ive been going to Anup for several years now. I love the customer service. They are always quick to get back and do so in several ways. I get text message, and email reminders as well. A very high tech facility is always nice too. My whole family now goes.
