My 16 year old nephew is visiting from a high school in Connecticut and accidentally lost his night contact lance. His parents in China were very worried as itd take awhile to have the new pair to arrive. We were running around trying to find a good solution for the days before he gets his new pair. The Eye Works Optometry in Napa was the third stop we took. To our surprise, my nephew was given a pair that would last for two weeks, and for free! The owner (we guessed he was the owner. Regretfully we forgot to ask his name!) was so thoughtful and even included solutions, for free too! Were SO touched and SO grateful! Well include The Eye Works Optometry in our list to thank for in Thanksgiving!

This was my first visit to Dr.Sultan. He is the best eye doctor I have ever been to. He is warm and friendly and very knowledgeable and professional. He uses state of the art equipment (and it is all included in the price which was very reasonable compared to other eye clinics that quoted me). The office is immaculate and beautifully decorated. When I went into the bathroom to put my contact lenses back in, I had to remind myself that I wasnt at the spa for the afternoon! I will take my children to see him as I think they would really like him and I feel he has a great deal of integrity. I had an excellent experience and Im so glad that my friends recommended him.

This was my first experience at The Eye Works as a new self-paid patient. They were able to accommodate me with a convenient appointment on short notice. The reception staff were friendly and professional. During the exam the doctor did not appear rushed, listened attentively to my situation, and provided clear, complete explanations during and after the exam. The equipment used at the office was in good condition and appeared to represent current technology and techniques. After my appointment when I needed to obtain a supply of contacts on very short notice before traveling out of the country they were able to process my order very quickly.

I wish all Dr. experiences could be like this. Dr. Sultan treated me as though i was the most important patient he would ever have. He was professional yet warm and friendly. He explained everything and seemed to enjoy what he does.The staff was wonderful. It seems like it would be a great place to work. I will recommend Eye Works/Dr. Sultan to everyone i know. Also, when I told them I was on a strict budget, they went above and beyond to help me find some cool frames that wouldnt break the bank...

This was my first visit at The Eye Works Optometry. I have to say that the doctor is amazing! He had my daughter, and I laughing and enjoying our time there. The staff is very knowledgeable and also very nice. However, I would advise that they let a patient know in advance if the exam is going to be covered or not through their insurance. I was kind of surprised by the contact lens exam price which was over $100. I will continue to bring my family here. Wonderful experience!!

Dr. Sultan has the latest technology for checking the status of your eyesight, investing in his practice in order to be a top notch eye doctor. I thought I would save a little money one year on my check up and went to Costco instead - what a HORRIBLE mistake! Dr. Sultans fees are reasonable, but in addition to that, he is extremely proficient at his practice!

Excellent Experience! Dr. Sultan and his staff are warm, friendly, funny and welcoming. The exam was thorough and he took the time to walk me through the results, explain details and gave me the opportunity to ask any and all questions I had while making me feel relaxed and comfortable. False information on website which they havent fixed and know About according to their secretary for years but havent fixed it. 150 bucks just so they can see you.... dont read their insurance information on their website of what they take or else theyll make an appointment and it will be a freaking waste of time. Dumb place.
