Wow! We took our 6 year old son to see Dr Perez. She is amazing with kids! She involved our boy in such an engaging way with his eye exam. When it came time to put drops in his eyes, she was really good with handling his resistance. I am so impressed. She was very thorough and identified a couple of things to share with our sons teacher. Originally I had found this eye place for my son, but I will be using Dr Perez as well for my eye care needs. The office staff is super nice and helpful, appointments are easy to make and they have a nice selection of stylish eyewear. Im a fan of Ray-Ban and they have a full collection of frames by Ray-Ban.

The employees at this store are very friendly and professional. They always try to talk you into getting the most expensive glasses and lenses. In my case, the ones I got were expensive, but still poor quality (maybe thats just my bad luck). One of the coatings on my lenses is coming off...I can see streaks and an odd green reflection. Screws keep coming loose for no reason in the glass frames. Once a lens popped out, another time an arm almost came off. Ive taken them back to the store twice for repairs but it only helps for a little while. Theyre always very friendly when they fix my glasses.

The girls at the front desk are generally friendly. But I have to say one of them is very unprofessional and impatient. She tried to look patient and professional in front of me, but I could see she made a face as if "I have explained enough, please let it get it over with" when she thought I was not looking at her. I think this is very unprofessional. She also appears to be rude and lecture at customers from time to time. I believe she means well for most of time, but the way she behaves is very unprofessional and could irritate customers. The doctors are very nice, responsible, and professional.

Awesome doctors as well as great front office. I first visited them in Jan 2015 and since then have moved my whole family to this place. Dr. Perez patiently explains all the details regarding your prescription, any specific conditions that need to be treated and refers you too. The front office will help you find the best pair of glasses that looks good on you and is within your budget. Special shoutout to Arielle for her patience as she had to adjust my frame multiple times before I got comfortable with it.

If you are thinking of going here, or if youre currently a client then you probably are aware of this already. This place is very slow with most of the day to day business. I havent gotten my new pair of glasses for over 2 months now!! The professionalism is a little rough around the edges. I got my replacement glasses of the wrong color, and when I mentioned that I would know the right color because I had em on my face for 6 months, they basically denied that!! Youre better off finding another place.

Each my visit to Foster City Eye Care brings me in good mood. The friendly-smiling polite staff is always ready to provide the best care with detailed explanation. It doesnt matter how big was order - just replacement of contact lenses or completing of new glasses - everything appeared on time. The facility is constantly clean and, by the way, has comfortable location. I recommend to everyone use this office to resolve your eye problems!

I visit FC eye care for prescription glasses for my child and myself and I love this place! The Optometric Assistant Arielle is amazing and she is the reason I visit this store. Her service is outstanding. She is very patient and has the gift of choosing the perfect frame for your face shape. She patiently watches and gives honest feedback as I try on different frames and never rushes me. Highly recommend this place. Ask for Arielle!

Debi has been here for years and had always been professional and friendly. Not the least expensive choice but for my eyes they are well worth it.

Horrible place to buy glasses with VSP They dont know what exactly the insurance covers. I spent about 30mins to figure out for nothing. The selection of glasses are not enough and they are all overpriced. You can buy average 30% cheaper at the other stores.
