I finally found a doctor that connects the dots! Diagnosed with Hashimoto autoimmun disease and pain in my knees, right ankle, hips and elbows... refusing synthetic Hormon therapy...I extensively researched the internet and found Dr Bergmans videos on you-tube, doing a fantastic job, explaining the most complex medical things in an easy to understand way! I feel so very fortunate to have found this doctor with a brilliant mind, a caring, positive, energetic personality and a great sense of humor as a bonus! Dr Bergman is a passionate researcher and skilled physician trained in four different chiropractic methods with years of experience in dissecting people!! ...the reason for his unbelievable understanding of the correlations between the different organs and body systems...as well as teaching Anatomy at the University level, offering a truly holistic approach to health and far more than normal Chiropractic treatment! As one of only a few CORRECTIVE Chiropractors, his emphasis is also on the, by many doctor overlooked, importance of the nervous system for proper nerve connections, insuring uninterrupted signaling to the organs, and therefore proper organ function...but in combination with an innovative testing and monitoring system in order to find the root cause of your symptoms and correct them! First they did x- rays of my spine as well as performing some unique spinal nerve and muscle activity testing, to determine and visually revealing misaligned vertebrates, forward carriage of my head (pulling on my spinal nerves), muscle fatigue, nerve interferences in the autonomic nerve system and poor adrenal health. Dr Bergman than looked at my history of antibiotics, info about my car accident as well as all the other info I provided and concluded that my stage2 arthritis could be reversed with chiropractic adjustments, which would also reinstall the proper nerve supply to my gut, that showed some severe holes on the x- ray, indicating a leaky gut as ROOT CAUSE ! of my autoimmun disease (any of the undigested proteins leaking into the blood stream are RIGHTLY triggering an autoimmune attack of my immune system!)...go figure! Only two month later!!..I am now walking the beach for an hour every day, no joint pain!...feeling so much better, following Dr Bergmans nutrition and supplement recommendations for closing my gut wall, sleeping better, having more energy and able to closely monitor my spine on the periodic x- rays, whitnessing how the holes in my gut are getting smaller! Dr Bergmans unique holistic approach to combine chiropractic treatment with nutritional education and supplementation in order to correct deficits, recommending sleep-recovery-therapy for optimal cell repair, emphasizing the value of movement for toxin removal, prayer or meditation to quiet the mind and release emotional stress, as well as his psychological means to help you realize the power of your brain! and its influence on health is unmatched and makes just total sense to me...and thousands of thankful patients! Determined to heal himself after being the victim of a devastating accident himself, Dr Bergman is living proof of his belief, that the body is self healing and self regulating, when given the appropriate stimuli and that most illnesses or symptoms are adaptations of the body reacting to deficiencies or toxicity in need of correction...not medication! Truely real science and the thing behind the so called diseases or ailments and truely achievable if one believes ( every one has or must believe if want to make it ). Recently i happend to talk to two of my friends sisters , one who got rhemotoid arthritis and the other the un named yet but she feels pain and burning in her legs and eyes. In recent times i happend to watche dr.john bergmans videos and asked them whats their diet patterns(input)? one with rhuemotoid arthritis says - she is completely or very more on non veg side and lifestyle foods.And the other says - she eats very less vegetable food and eats more chockys . i said there it is .! and said about the concept said by bergman and made them to follow proper diet in balenced way along with healthy life style . I m firmly hoping to see the results that are impossible in medical terms . Thanks to bergman . thank u sir . simply -Input = output.

My husband and I adore his very informative YouTube videos. With nearly every topic you could think of , theres something on just about every condition. My husband and I are doing so well following Dr. Bergmans clear cut , backed up by science and peer reviews studies advice. Dr. Bergman is a true healer who hasnt been corrupted by big pharm pay outs and the like , there are very few people like him on the earth. We are so blessed to have come across him. I watch several of his videos each week , rewatching some of them . It is our hope that one day we will be able to drive down from Canada and meet him one day .
