I went into office December 2015 for a eye exam I left my old frame to have lenses put in I called several times only to find out my frame had been broken. I asked for a few dollars for my frame and was denied. I went back Aug 29 2016 to get a copy of my prescription and was told I would have to pay $10.00 this place is very unprofessional never again.

Rude receptionist over the phone... Dont lie and claim someone raised their tone with you when they never did. I spoke calmly and without cursing.. You were unprofessional and just didnt want to do your job.. Poor poor business.. Thats how you loose customers.. Especially ones that know who your boss is.

Randomly googled and the front desk was very professional. Took me as a walk in. Glasses and contacts came back in a reasonable time. Doctor was very professional and explained everything in detailed on what he was doing. Great first time experience .
