My daughter had her appointment on December 14th, It is now January 4th and still no glasses. The assistant told me today that they were never ordered and he is "looking for the glasses that were chosen", There is no followup from either assistant, Ms. Hernandez or Mr. Durr. Now I may have to take my daughter back to show them which glasses she originally chose. Suggestion: If the glasses take longer than 10 days to arrive, there should be a system in place to follow up on those orders. Also, when a customer calls to ask about glasses, there should be followup with the labratory to find out how much longer it will take. It is important to anticipate a customers needs so that a customer doesnt find out that 13 business days later, the glasses WERE NEVER EVEN ORDERED.

Weve had Dr. Knight for at least 5 years. Hes a nice guy, service is good. Recently, weve noticed the front desk woman(not his wife, shes nice) has been ruder than normal. I ordered a new pair using my employee insurance. The pair didnt fit upon arrival, took them in for am adjustment they damaged them and became upset when I refused to take them. Adios!

Went in for an eye exam and it was the most thorough eye exam Ive ever had. The staff were all helpful and friendly and they even measured my face and adjusted my glasses for me when I came back to pick them up.
