I called all over town for a eye exam and contact lens fitting and this place was @ $100 less than ALL the other places. All the other places charged $95 for "contact lens fitting" these people included it in the price of the eye exam. I was a little unsure about going there because the shopping center is run down compaired to the others if you go east a little but they had the best price by far and the receptionist followed up with a few phone callls back to get me the best appointment. The eye doctor spent twice the time doing the exam as the last place I went and the contacts were MUCH better in terms of comfort and vision because of this. It is refreshing when you get treated like doctors used to treat people 20 years ago. I hope this guy does not retire any time soon!

This is the best office in the area. When my glasses broke, they fixed an older pair of mine to use temporarily. They replaced my broken ones at no charge. ( they were under warranty.) All offices tell you that your glasses are warrantied but then they want to charge you replacement fees. That happened at the place by Chuck E Cheese. La Mirada Optometry stands behind what they sell and goes beyond in customer service.
