I came here to get my eye exam and WAS GIVEN THE WRONG PRESCRIPTION, for my eyes. Meaning the prescription was too weak. I cant read or see things as clearly as I should be able to. I have a feeling this doctor is either NOT EXPERIENCED or THEY RUSHED through the examination because it went by pretty fast and I left feeling a bit surprised at how fast it was. Theres nothing wrong with being fast. The issue is when you GIVE ME THE WRONG PRESCRIPTION because you were RUSHING. I dont understand how a doctor can make a mistake like this. I came here with insurance (not with medical like most people who come here). Then I went and filled this script and surprise surprise... My glasses arent clear. I have been wearing them for a week and STILL they arent clear. My old ones are clearer at this point. They feel like when you need glasses and put on someone elses glasses and think they help u see but are too strong. Yet this glasses feel too weak and too strong at the same time. Very odd! I have NEVER had an issue like this with glasses. If they dont fix this and I have to pay for their inability to get get the correct script I am going to make sure they refund me my money and Im going to an EXPERIENCED Eye Doctor. Someone who knows to take more than 5 minutes giving me the script I will be using every day.

Lack of patience. When asking to get my frame tightened, the woman at the desk ignored me and avoided eye contact with me even though I was standing right in front of her trying to get her attention. An other visit was to tighten a screw. I pointed out which screw specifically and instead they heated and bent my frame, without tightening the screw I pointed out. So I then needed them to loosen the frame and tighten the screw as previously requested. An other bad experience was with my transition lenses. They were turning the lens yellow when clear. I asked them what the problem might be and they said that it was my fault and I probably went swimming with them, which I had never done.

I went to get contacts they gave me a prescription for glasses took my money fast I went to pick them up not ready .I went back again I couldnt see with them I was told yes. You can see with them it was because I didnt know to put on correctly. 4weeks later I still do have them they gave me 2different sets of glasses not my prescription. I asked for a copy of my paper work they had me as a diabetic which I am not. 5 weeks now still dont have glasses and they said sorry we cant give you your money back.

Went to have our whole familys eyes checked out, and glasses purchased. Although the doctor was nice, the staff was unbelievably ineffective. We ended up going to pick up our glasses three times - each time they told us they were ready, and each time when we arrived, they said they were not ready. We dont live close to this office, so this was a major pain. Had to ask for a return of our money so we could have the prescriptions filled somewhere else.

Great office, with a helpful staff, and perfect selection of frames. They have something for every budget, from high-end brand names all the way down to a great budget line, Modern Optical, which is such a great deal! Jaquie, the head optician is so friendly, helpful, and makes the whole process such a breeze. They also speak Spanish. This is a trustworthy office with great customer service.

I walked in on Friday to ask if they took my insurance. They did, so I asked for an appointment and I was able to be seen the following Monday. Everyone in that office was so very friendly! The location is very convenient.
