Dental care was strictly first class. The hygienist did a thorough job of cleaning my teeth, gave me tips for improving my care, and answered all of my questions clearly. All the equipment used in this practice is state-of-the-art. I have been to dental practices in Santa Rosa that have proudly displayed their advanced technology, but they were all antiquated compared to Sun Dental. My only beef is the non-stop showing of the TV show "Property Brothers" in the waiting and treatment rooms, which may interest some, but I find depressing, since my home is well below the standard of the "before" remodeling houses shown and there is no way I could afford the kind of work needed to upgrade it to the "after" standard. To my mind, this conveys a message of personal worth dependent on ability to afford expensive material goods, an apparent contradiction with the value of creating a community in which the worth of a person is not wholly dependent on financial holdings.
