I was just robbed of a hard-earned $99. They advertised an x-ray, exam, and cleaning for that amount. Their mailer said call for details, so I did. I specifically asked about any hidden costs and was assured that Id indeed receive the three services advertised for only $99. Nope. After the exam and x-rays, I was presented a "treatment plan" for the cleaning of my teeth, and quoted a price much greater than $99. Apparently they couldnt clean my teeth until after they performed a debridement, which was the removal of tartar buildup behind my lower front teeth. The main reason I went there in the first place was to get that junk cleaned off! Now, being the rube they had counted on me being, I had assumed that the removal of that tartar was part of the cleaning, but stupid me. It was pointed out to me that my teeth couldnt be cleaned with that tartar in the way! I said, "I came here with $99, what do I get for that much?" I was told that I got the exam and x-rays Id just had. This is a scam, they know darn well most folks expect to actually get their teeth cleaned, including the removal of tartar, for $99, at least I did, after being guaranteed as much when I made the appointment. I was lied to. After the exam and x-rays were done, and I was obligated to pay, they pulled the old bait and switch. Not good business. Please do not patronize this place. I was so angry, I felt compelled to get on this site, and on Yelp, and any others I can find, to warn people. Something Ive never done before. Theyre basically just dishonest crooks.

This place is a complete joke.... I called for an emergency appointment for my wife, I was told on the phone that my wife had an appointment at 2pm. We arrived at 2 and they had us sitting in the waiting room (the very dirty and extremely run down waiting room) for nearly an hour and a half. We had to lean forward in the filthy chairs so as to not bump the wall trim that was barely hanging. Before they finally called her back, I had asked at about the 45min mark, if she actually had an appointment. They responded with "shes a fit in and youll have to wait for a chair to open up" Thats not what I was told when I called. Then on top of that, I sat in the waiting room because when I was going to join my wife in the back, I was rudely told that because of X-rays I couldnt come back. Sutting in the lobby, I was informed by another person, that they dont let her go back even with her 3year old daughter! This place smells bad of a cheap pine sol but yet appears and feels filthy. If your insurance only covers this office...get a new insurance. What a complete waste of time

Dr. Perry is a good dentist. Being that he is young he is skilled at dentistry for his age. I believe in time he will be one of the better dentist in the Lebanon area. The main problem we had is in the billing area. We had made instructions to NOT go over our $1500.00 insurance amount several times to the office personnel. They went over it by $200.00 without notifying us that were were getting close. This bothered me about possible future billing problems that I did not want to deal with. I have chosen to go to another dentist office that can follow my instructions.

My husband and I have had two appointmemts so far with Dr. Hall and were very impressed with his thoroughness in examining and explaining current and possible problems with our teeth and also the efficiency of he and his staff. I even called on a weekend with a concern about an injury to my toddlers tooth and he was very helpful and generous with his time in answering my questions.

Dr. Hall and his staff are amazing. They are kind, fast and professional. I have had a lot of work done at this office in the past year and could not recommend them more. The office is clean and well kept. If you want people that take pride in their job and go the extra mile to ensure your comfort, then look no more!

Went in to get a composite filling repaired. I was checked in, had the filling repaired, had a nice chat with the dentist and staff in a shorter amount of time than it took me to get there (I dont live that far away). No pain, pleasant staff, and fast. Its a no-brainer, go here.
