Place is really small but most importantly the Place is dirty. Knats in the exam, room toilet stopped up, bathroom just smells bad. The staff automatically assumes you have Medi-Cal well thats how they did me not knowing that I have very good health insurance. They never answer the phone so dont bother calling. I changed doctors once I got pregnant and they called me to question why I was leaving but couldnt send my new doctor my medical records with important information regarding my blood work among other things like I requested. First appt they were supposed to draw blood but did not then during my next appt the doc asked me why didnt they take my blood previously like Im supoosed to know why her staff arent doing what they should be doing. She said that appt was supposed to be us going over the results of my blood work. So I basically waited an hour and a half (the long wait times is also an issue) for nothing. They then billed my insurance for a educational/ training session which was not covered by my Insurance as a way to profit off of my wasted time and their mistake. Also had an ultrasound which is only done for once a week for I believe 2 hours a day how inconvenient. But I managed to make arrangements once I got in the exam room is when I found out that the doc nor the nurses are doing the ultrasound but an outside tech that Ive never met before. The experience was about 5 mins or less including disrobing it was very uncomfortable and impersonal. The doc here isnt that great. She can be rude and somewhat judgemental. My new doc is amazing and I feel more comfortable with her handling my pregnancy.

To all the ladys out there especially the mommies to be i recommend you to go here because its the most caring, open, clean and organized OB/GYN I have ever went too. For this being my first pregnancy im so grateful to have found Dr. Beverly and her wonderful staff. They are all so welcoming and are always there for you no questions asked. Ive never had a doctor so open and understanding till i met Dr. Beverly. To me i dont consider them just another doctors office i consider them family because theyve been there every step of the way during my pregnancy with the ups and downs ive had. It means a lot to me that these ladys are there for me and my son. Ive truly feel like ive gained 2 extra moms in my life from Dr. Beverly and her assistant Elizabeth. As for Elizabeth it means a lot to me to know i have someone like her to listen to my problems and help me out. Ive always been that person to never open up and be shy but they make me feel so comfortable. There are honestly not enough words i can say that shows how much Ive appreciate them and to have them there during the most amazing time in my life. I am forever blessed to have found Dr. Beverlys office.

Ms.Beverly is one of the worst ob ever! She was my ob for my first pregnancy and she was very rude. She never showed any sympathy for me as a patient and I really felt like she never cared about me. I never got any feed back from her, I was really expecting doctor visits to be exciting but it was the exact opposite. The waiting process was 1 to 2 hours and appointment with Ms.Beverly were about five minutes. It felt like she just wants to rush everyone out instead of actually trying go out of her way for the patient. This lady should really retire if she is not happy with her career.

Nurses r nice but the doctor is so rude... she was not even able to give a solution to my problem and i felt so uncomfortable on her office... she was not nice or helpful at all.. not coming back again for sure! Dont recommend for any woman coming to see her..
