The office is clean and the staff is friendly. It doesnt take long to get an appointment and the patient portal is easy to use. I started seeing Dr mckindsey this year and I will continue to see her. She is very direct. She addressed all my concerns and kept it simple. My only complaint is that I wanted a procedure that needed authorization, and when the insurance denied it the office called me but didnt go over other options. I was disappointed. It felt like they didnt try. I wrote a personal appeal and the insurance approved the procedure. After I notified the office they scheduled me asap. All of my concerns were handled in a timely manner. The Dr doesnt sugar coat or cottle and I appreciate that about her. It may seem as though she is rushing or not listening but she is.

I had an awful experience yesterday. Dr. McKinsey carelessly opened the curtain on the wrong side exposing me to a man and his child standing at the desk. The doctor didnt even apologize. She just chuckled and said "oh he didnt see you". I actually made eye contact with this man and than jumped off the table.

Began seeing Dr. McKindsey, as she was referred to us by my husbands boss. She delivered my first daughter and will shortly deliver my second. Shes been great! Shes honest, straightforward, and truly cares about her patients. I wouldnt have anyone else deliver my babies.
