This place was recommended by my doctor so I didnt do any research. I went to 5 appointments and Ive given up. The 3 girls that work there seemed more interested in gossiping than on doing their jobs. They were very sweet but still a little too quick-witted, which just shows a lack of experience and an overabundance of comfort or confidence in the workplace. 3 televisions were going at the same time, on different channels. New channels and the food network, I think. I dont know about you but Id rather not have the nightly news in my face while Im trying to recover from a back injury. I was never seen by the same person twice. They didnt explain anything without a lot of prompting from me, as though I was supposed to already know a lot about back medicine and physical therapy. I felt rushed out after less than an hour of "treatment." At one point I let my frustration known and that the particular device they had me strapped in seemed to be making the pain worse but they reacted like I was doing something wrong and that they shouldnt have to explain, or even listen. The bottom line is I didnt feel comfortable. In trying to solve my chronic back pain, I have encountered again and again a lack of interest seemingly because I have HMO insurance, or something. Needless to say, I wont be going back to Medcessity.

You will find nothing but good, personable and professional physical therapists at Medcessity. After a broken distal radius and resulting surgery to repair the damage, I visited Medcessity upwards of a dozen times over two months. The therapy they provided put me on the fast track to recovery and I am completely satisfied. If youre looking for great local service, look no further. Thanks Manny!

Love them!!!!! Seriously, I had fall at home approximately 2 years ago and they took care of me. Now Im back for the same issue (got a bit worse from work), and everyone remembered me. AMAZING! Jon knows his stuff and Manny tried to help with a concern I had regarding my uncles stroke.

I had surgery on my shoulder and came to Medcessity for therapy.I have only had 1 session, but already I feel confident that all my needs will be met and I am in good hands. The staff are very nice and all my questions were answered completely. I feel a full recovery is in my future.

I was sent to therapy for a back problem. The place is remodeled and state of the art.I was taken back for my appointment on time which as a mother of 3 is very important to me. The staff was friendly and nice.I am confident that Medcessity will help me with my back.
