Very expensive and no cohesive plan. Wanted to start three different treatments without possible knowing which one would work, and that is just bad science. When questioned about this plan the vet became defensive, trying to justify the method. As a biologist, I recognize the difference between a legitimate methodology and a profit motive. Further, given the number of dogs that are seen in clinics, I have a hard time believing that each case is a unique, never seen before, stand-alone case, which seems to be the position taken by the vet. I left believing that this is done to make the pet owner feel more vulnerable, and hence more agreeable to their treatment plans. Unfortunately, my complaint is very common with pet owners in the Los Angeles area, and may only get worse given that most vet hospitals are being bought by corporations.

Ive been bringing my dog here for 4 years. If I could bring my dog here for every veterinary need, I would do it in a heartbeat. My dog has been getting antigen injections for 4 years and I couldnt be happier. He no longer has to take prednisone multiple times a year for the skin infections he was prone to due to his allergies. Theyve also removed cancerous masses and used a laser to take off other spots that could be harmful to him. Ive brought multiple foster dogs to them for ear and skin issues as well. The vets, the techs, the front office are all wonderful. I cant say enough good things about them and my experiences.

All in all pretty happy with service. A few years ago our dog had a bad reaction to a portion of her skin that our reguaar vet could not diagnose. WE went to the Dermatology Clinic and they fixed it up right away. With preventive measures and treatments all was right as rain. It stumped our regular vet and they are very good. This was a few years ago so I am not sure the same owners are in charge.

Over the past year weve spent thousands of dollars getting my dog tested and giving her the antigen shots (which she hates) and we havent had any improvement yet. Were very dissappointed.
