I have never recieved such a thorough, comprehensive eye examination and conversation about vision health, vision correction and the examination process as the excellent experience I had with Dr. Starr. The staff are absolutely professional in every respect and helpful in making the entire time as stress-free as humanly possible. If your looking to remove some anxiety over vision-care or just want to come away from your visit much better informed about your vision health and what your options are to address it, then youve finally found the right place. Went to this "doctor" because I had called them before purchasing the voucher to make sure I would be able to just get an eye exam and a prescription to take to Costco where I wanted purchase frames and lenses. I even mentioned exactly what I wanted to do with them. When I got there I got my eye exam done and at the end I asked just for the prescription and they denied me even though I specifically asked them before purchasing it that they would give me a "prescription". They wanted more $. Unscrupulous company! Thank God Amazon stands behind their customers.!!
