Have been coming to PEI for over 12 yrs. Yes, appts are hard to come by and sometimes the wait is long. More so in Upland office, but I wouldnt trust going anywhere else. Ive only seen Dr. Dovich and one other, so I cant comment on the other Drs, but both are very professional and compassionate. Staff has always been friendly.
