I have been going to this place for years. I have always felt I was being overcharged, but the last time I went proved it. I stopped in to ask Dr. Weiss if I had a sty. All I wanted was a quick yes or no, simple enough. She took me to the back and looked at my eye (which was unnecessary), and gave me somewhat of a diagnosis and prescribed an ointment. This took less then 10 minutes. After the diagnosis she said she would charge me for the visit, but would not charge me for follow up visits. I jokingly said I hoped it wouldnt break the bank, as I do not have vision insurance. When she took me to the front she told me my 10 minute visit would be $90! I nearly hit the roof. She then asked the receptionist what they could do. They said $69, she countered with $79. Are you kidding me? Bartering the price? Unbelievably UNPROFESSIONAL! I asked them to take my medical insurance, as I was not there for an eye exam, and I was given a prescription for a medical issue. They refused to even check my insurance. Needless to say I will never be going back, and If i could give a negative rating I would. I truly believe the positive reviews have been written by her staff!

Yvonne is absolutely a wonderful optometrist. The staff are friendly. Yvonne was patient with my children who were challenging to get their eyes checked. All the products our family ordered has always arrived on time and always correct. Almost no wait for appointments and always answers their calls. The environment is more laid back and its right next to one of my favorite coffee shops. Overall I cant be any happier. Im sorry for anyone that had a negative experience. Its always best to communicate with people how you are not satisfied and maybe they can give you a discount. Just a tip.

The most unprofessional optometrist Ive ever encountered! She was pushy, rude, rushed me and when I couldnt read a letter (in an irritable voice) she would tell me to guess or would say the letter for me. The prescription was terrible and my sister whom went in the exam room at a separate time said the exact thing. She was sick, she coughed on everything then touched my face and eyes with no gloves. The girls at the counter were very kind, but Yvonne should retire because she was absolutely unprofessional. Hope I dont get sick!

The doctor and the staff are very friendly and professional. I made the mistake of going to Lenscrafters for last years glasses and have regretted it every since. I came back because the quality of the lenses and the treatment is far superior to other places. I wont go anywhere else for my eye care needs.

Highly disappointed with their customer service. Very knowledgeable doctor, but because of office staff will not return. Just a couple of examples: their lunches are far over an hour, and they close early for the day without timely notice. Also endless e-mails and texts - ugh!

Very helpful, no waiting, Yvonne is great.. The only negative is that if you give them your email address, dont ever expect to get off their mailing(aka spam) list! Ive hit the "remove me" every time they send me something but the emails just keep coming!

These ladies are fantastic and the optometrist is really really good. Shes very thorough so when you get your glasses the clarity is amazing. They dont have much of a selection on frames but Ive always found a pair that I liked.
