TERRIBLE ... I was told by receptionist at LEAST (1) girl was ***ABO** certified .. When I arrived at office and asked to see license of optician I was told by a VERY RUDE lady in glasses that " A ,ABO license is not necessary in California.. So I went to my MD and asked , and he stated " In California , when a O.D or M.D. is not present at least one optician MUST !!!! be certified !!!! This office is a JOKE...

Great service, was in an out in an hour with new contacts, and this was my first time there. My wife and daughter had been going there and I transferred to Upland Eye Care from my other optometrist, due to the fact Upland Eye Care was much closer to where I live. The staff was very friendly and I did not have any of the issues that the original poster had commented on about the staff.

Great service. Very nice people there and incredebly knowledgeable . They treat you with some much respect and care. My 13 year old got out of there in 30 min , she chose a nice pair of glasses from the vast selection they offer .Overal I would totally recommend them to my friends and family.
