My gf & I have been on their diet program for 3wks n starting this 4th wk n we have lost 25lbs combined so far n counting. Its not bad its given us the boost we needed to get going and start our transformation. Admittedly its hard to suddenly change my/our bad eating habits this program has revealed just how bad we were treating ourselves. No cheat meals for this time either I have had a life time of cheat meals :) hopefully this helps someone.
