My wife broke her thumb and went to an urgent care. They put it in a splint but told her she had to go to an Orthopedic as soon as possible as the crack was all the way through the bone. She made an appointment with Healthpointe Medical Group to go in as soon as they had room. This was 36 hours before the actual appointment. She works in Anaheim so she arranged it to leave work for a little to go here. 15 minutes before her appointment they called her to tell her that we did not meet the deductible for the year on our health insurance and she would have to pay out of pocket for the visit. This could be up to $700 she told her. My wife did not have the money on her and we live about 45 minutes away so there was no way she could get a credit card from home. They said they would not see her without her paying up front. I called and spoke with the receptionist who told me they could not bill us because she was a new patient. I explained that she did not have the money on her and was already on her way to her appointment. She said it was company policy. I asked why she couldnt have called us earlier so we could have prepared or found a different doctor and she said sorry, this is company policy. I would definately not recommend going here. I understand that this may be their policy but they are dealing with someone in a lot of pain with a broken thumb, not with someone with a cold. If they could have called us and let us know this ahead of time we could have figured something out. For now all we can do is find another doctor and most likely wait another day or so for her to see someone about it. Definately not a place that seems to do a very good job taking care of people. Spend the extra few minutes to look at some other options other than Healthpointe Medical Group.

Found Healthpointe Clinics from Google search when I typed in urgent care. I took my son here when he having pain in his lower back. After a 20 minute wait, we met with Dr. Etemad the Orthopedic Surgeon on staff and he was very knowledgeable. Diagnosed my 14-year old son fairly fast and the doctor genuinely cared about the future and well-being of my child. I rate this clinic excellent in terms of friendliness and cleanliness. We will be returning for future visits to monitor my sons back.

I was recommended for my Chiropractor to the clinic located at 1717 E. Lincoln Ave. in Anaheim, CA had to wait 3 hours in the Doctors office for a consultation, a lot patients abandoned the clinic due to the bad quality of service and unprofessional personnel works there, after 2 months still waiting for the last report or results

Horrible place, they took 5 hours until they let me see the doctor. Go to any doctor better than this place. Many people complained and they rescheduled people who have been waiting for hours. They wouldnt let people reschedule sometimes.
