Absolutely horrible payee services. The rent is always late, the phone payment is late and your phone service gets suspended and you dont get your weekly checks and food cards. I personally have been threatened with no phone calls from them and no money from my own check. I have always been responsible.

Absolutely no help on the phone. They are not willing to spend time to hear your needs or help you when you need it. I have a family member that called from the facility and when I asked about him they would not give me information and then proceeded to forward my call to an answering machine. NO HELP !

Many of the homeless were super nice. I am 11 and they were so surprised that my 8 year old sister and I helped. We are Muslim and they said SALAAMS to us. I hope you too go there!
