I strongly DO NOT recommend you take you pet to this clinic or the other ones that Mr Rupinder Garha D.V.M owns this is a chain or corporate vet clinic that is just in it for the money there is no concern for the actual care of your pet. He also owns or at least involved with… Valley Lyons Pet Hospital, Smith Vet Hospital and Laurel Pet Clinic. I believe he owns more which is probably the reason he can’t keep up with his clients, vets, or the health of his patients. No smaller town vet that cares. Why do I know this because after they let my cat die from a simple to cure issue they said the owner would call me back? The next day when a different vet called and said well we can treat your cat by doing something else!!! I said my cat is still dead do you guys talk to each other or just pass the files off to each other every day. Do you have meetings and make treatment plans??? You sent me and my cat home the second after not eating for a week and said let’s talk Monday after we get the blood results. Wednesday, we finally had the results after the cat died Tuesday morning. Really!! They both said oh I will have the owner call you. Great I’d like to talk with him. But after a personal visit and several phone calls to all his clinics he finally called me back this am. About 2 weeks later (Kind of like after the cat died) Do you know what he said? Nothing about my cat nothing about the file which I could tell he has never opened nothing about he is sorry or anything of concern. He said If I call him again or come to his office he will call the police then hung up on me. It turns out to the best of my own research and facts that Jimmy may have had pancreatic issues which is common and usually treatable. If he had just been put on and IV or hydrated, he probably would have made it. I don’t believe any person or animal should be given meds, antibiotics on an empty stomach… knowing they haven’t eaten or drank any water for a week it probably tore is stomach apart. And do you notice how a Vet never really tells you how he could have gotten this or the exact diagnosis…? Well I researched this and many of the processed foods sold today do not have the necessary digestive enzymes that pets or cats would get from eating live animals like mice and bird’s organs. So, like us human’s pets should also be given some digestive enzymes and probiotics to help keep us healthy. Writing this helped me deal with what happened and gave me a little closure. I hope it helps you in many ways as well. It Is my view and recollection of the events (disregard spelling and grammar) RIP Jimmy

Since we changed our vets from a Burbank-based operation to Valley Lyons Pet Hospital, weve never felt more confident with the ongoing healthcare of our dogs. Both Eddie and Enrique have been getting expert attention from Valley Lyons since they were young ones, and the doctors and staff were extremely supportive and helpful when our eldest, Maynard, was nearing the end of his life. To me, that is the sign of a great veterinarian - not only being proactive and decisive during the healthiest years, but real advocates and problem-solvers during the more trying times. Valley Lyons Pet Hospital is first rate.

Absolute horrific! They dont care about ur pet, just your wallet and trying to talk with the owner... Good luck!! Super rude rude rude guy!!! Do NOT take ur pet there, they simply dont care, dont call u back, and take forever with their blood results even though they tell u it will be done the next day. I love Valley Lyons Pet hospital the Dr.s are great and warm & the staff is wonderful my Puppy Dottsie is very well taken care of. I trust them completely. Back when Dr.Kwon was there before he retired he cared for my Cat Skittles till the very end of her long life with me for 18 years Im very comfortable there and I highly recommend them.
