Im basically writing a BOOK so if you dont like to read and isnt interested in how wonderful this office is...DONT stop! Please read! I feel like I was told I CAN NEVER WALK AGAIN AND MIRACULOSLY WALKING IN THIS OFFICE IM RUNNING A MARATHON! Okay! Lets begin! First of all let me begin with how thankful I am with this office!!!... I am 6 1/2 months pregnant! And about 5 days ago I started to get these really bad toothaches! ( felt like someone was electricating my brain!, I felt like I was in the movie HOSTEL getting tortured!) ... REAL HORRIBLE PAIN!... anything that touched my tooth would set up triggers that would "ZING" all the way up to my brain! And for some reason I thought the right side of my face would go in a stroke and stay stuck of the pain I was in! ... I wasnt able to eat! Or drink water! Thats how bad it was! It was in my FIRST MOLAR. so I looked for dental offices that I could walk in and Get this pain out right away!.. so I found DR. BOUDAIES family dentistry! Omg!!!... EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS OFFICE IS BEYOND YOUR EXPECTATIONS! FROM FRONT TO THE VERY BACK!!! KARLA! The front desk and treatment coordinator! I LOVE HER!!! How comfortable and quick she worked to get me in right away from the pain look in my face she saw! As if she was in my shoes! She is a soother! I am scared of dentist! To begin with! And a big belly and my nerves were not helping! She comforted me, I want to say SOOTHED me like baby! Hahaha! So that I can be at ease once they called me to the back!... SECOND! They call me in! Idk the girls name but she had red hair and called me to take some exrays on the side I was in pain! Very nice girl! ( GOSH THE ENTIRE STAFF! WAS INCREDIBLE!) ... then right after I went to the exam room! My boyfriend was with me so I wont feel alone.. but I honestly think I didnt need to Bring him with me since everyone treated me like family there. The assistants ELI & ROSA ARE AMAZING IN CONFORTING ANYONE THAT WALKS IN WITH FEAR! They are there by your side! And FINALY DR. BOUDAIE & DR. KARINEH OOMMGG!!! GOD DOCTORS! I was in heaven on earth! I was terribly scared when they told me I had a HUGE CAVITY AND NEEDED AN EMERGENCY ROOT CANAL! ... ROOT CANAL??!!! My heart raced as fast as it could to get out of my body!... anyone that hears ROOT CANAL immediately hears "pain! Extreme pain" thats what I I heard when they said root canal! Okay! So right then and there once the BEAUTIFUL KARLA CAME IN TO TALK "BUSINESS" bahaha.. YOU KNOW! to tell me how my insurance worked and what was covered and what not!... okay, very affordable! And everything she said that was needed to be done to take care of my painful torture tooth sounded so relieving! Specially in the caring tone of voice she used to not scare me ( not with the prices but because if the fear in my face she kept looking at!) she was very gentle and very specific without force! to me was LETS DO IT! Finally! Once they started to prep me! OMGGGGG!!! The fear came back! And there you go! DR. BOUDAIE STARTED ME on cleaning out the infection I had in my tooth that was causing so much pain! He was sooo caring and gentle made me feel very comfortable to be in that chair as the machines went OF to file my tooth! ...the procedure wasnt all done that day because I did have a lot of infection so we finished it up with dr. Karineh! She is everything to me!!! I was scared to go back because of the pain that I did feel from the cleaning out of infection I had ... Im not gonna lie I did feel a little of the procedure.. until dr. BOUDAIE put lidocaine on me.. anyways dr. Karineh! Very patient and understanding of my situation! And talked me trough the entire root canal and I felt ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!! No pain! NOTHING! I was so relaxed and felt very comfortable to be her patient! She finished very quickly! I have to say this was the best experience Ive had in a doctors office ever!!! I couldnt be thankful enough!! I dont know what I would have done if I didnt pick up the phone and called! And Karla was very wonderful over the phone and in person!

My initial teeth cleaning here went well. I was happy. However I am confused as to how Doctor Boudaie has any good reviews at all..... let me be very honest and upfront for people considering this place: They are money hungry to the max. This doctor has all of his assistants and front desk clerks making calls like a call center "following leads." This is a fast paced place that cares only about your money. This doctor was going off on me saying "I will tell you 5 times until you understand!" .... excuse me? I am the patient and youre a money hungry con artist. I did NOT feel comfortable. I did NOT get my questions answered. He didnt give me any time to express my concerns. He just kept telling me what he wanted me to hear. Money. Money. Money. And I got quoted $3,200 for two crowns? Then he tells me that my receding gum line needs a crown? What in the world just happened. Not one question answered. Very rude. I felt rushed. And if you want to be apart of a call center and dental office all in one.. please, by all means go for it.

I guess Im spoiled by the doctors/dentists that I had in my hometown. (LA has been challenging to find high caliper health care professionals like Im used to.) I found this dentist through my insurance network. The reviews were good, and Im trusting my teeth with them so good reviews are essential. Nevertheless experiences Ive had in LA had me going in very skeptical. Much to my surprise, I really like these dentists. Every employee that Ive come across has been nice and trustworthy. I try to find something not to like, but really they fit the bill for what I need from a dentist: courteous but direct, explain things well, trustworthy, respect my time. Ive had 2 of my 6-month cleanings here, and I plan to keep coming back. Give them a try!

Quedé mas que contenta con el servicio dental de Ortodoncia que recibió en este lugar familiar dental, mi hija Xiadani. Desde sus dentistas todos muy profecionales, hasta el personal del front desk, Las muchachas siempre dispuestas a recibir con una bella sonrrisa, brindando comprensión, cordialidad amabilidad, a todos sus pacientes por igual , Dios las bendiga siempre.

I am in so much pain. Do not go here, this is a money hungry office that doesnt care about your health and only wants your money. From front office, to office manager to dentist all trying to up sell me any chance they have instead of listening to why I am there in the first place! They went too deep on a cavity (I didnt ask to be cleaned) and now I need a root canal. They should be ashamed of themselves, instead of apologizing they expect me to come back to be their ginny pig while they suck all the life out me. I feel so bad for the people that actually fall into their schemes. Really, save yourself the pain and avoid these crooks!
