This was one of the most horrific experiences with a child dentist I ever experienced. I am a mother of six, and grandmother of 18, so needless to say, I have made many, many trips to the dentist. My grandson chipped a tooth at school, and was in quite a bit of pain because the tooth penetrated his upper lip, and left a large gash. The female dentist there was extremely rude, nonchalant, non-empathetic, and completely uncaring about his condition. She was very annoyed at my daughter and I asking questions about the treatment & method of repair for the tooth. She spoke to us both in a condescending manner, as if how dare us be inteeligent enough to ask questions regarding the medical treatment. I would never recommend this dental office to anyone!! Disgruntled and dis-satisfied.

I took 2 of my girls for check up, one ended up with cavities and the other one was no cavities. So they schedule another appoitment for the two of them. I wasnt able to take them so my mom took them. They ended up putting a crown to the two of them on the same spot. When I complain they said it was required even though they said one didnt need any work. If you request a copy of their work they do on you, they dont give it to you because its their property only if the school requires it, it will be granted but not all. WTF they charging Medi Cal and doing work that a patient doesnt need.

Ive been going there for over ten years. They have patients that have medical now. So if you have medical its truly a blessing that they take your coverage. If you dont have anything good to say about their service dont go back. Alight! Excellent Service. Great Customer Service Skills. Patience in everything we do will take us far in our lives.
