Ive been to the office several times. Ive never been able to meet Dr Burris. Hes always been out or too busy. On almost every occasion Ive never received a reminder about my appointment. Even though the only available appointment ever for the Dr is at least three months in the future. Ive now been trying to go in for a simple physical for over six months, and have been in for severe back pain on multiple occasions. Never diagnosed followed up with or seen again, yet still in chronic pain. The staff here always seems to be having a really bad day. Not sure what is up with this place. I wish it were easier to change my primary with my insurance so I can go somewhere else. If theres one redeeming quality of this place its a relatively short wait time. But thats to be expected since the lack of patient dedication would result in less time spent with each one. If you want to see a doctor for an actual problem you want solved, diagnosed, etc. go somewhere else. Itll save you time, visits, and money.

Dr. Burris is absolutely the best doctor I have ever known across 54 years, 7 countries and 37 states. He takes time with each patient treating them as a person, not a number. He is kind, considerate and strives to take care of his patients to take care of all of the physical issues. He is tops as far as I am concerned, and I have been seeing him over 10 years now.

Dr. Buris is attentive to his patients needs. He listens. Not all doctors take the time to hear what is bothering you with your body. I would highly recommend him and his excellent staff. They are great with following up on test results. I have been fortunate to speak with the doctors on duty after hours, easing concerns and calling in needed prescriptions.
