I try to make an appt and I was on hold for over 22 minutes at the end the lady that pick the phone she ask me why are you still holding so I said cause you just told me to hold and she said I told you the next available appt is for 1 month from now so I told her my mom has to travel and she needs her results can you give me a copy then so I can go to another doctor so she said NO you have to see the doctor so I explain but she needs to see him In less than a week if not she wouldnt be able cause she has to leave so she told me then is nothing that I can do and hung up the phone and I called back and nobody answer anymore the doctor Carrillo is a very Good Doctor but his crew it has no manners and the worst customer service I have ever seen they should all get fired and get a new group cause everybody is the same even when my mom has a appt they still make her way up to 3 hours after her appt just to check her vitals and gen another 30 minutes for the doctor to com in sorry we are moving out of this doctor I added the picture of the over 18 minutes call cause I forgot to take the 22 minutes hold to prove that I was on hold for that long

I just walked in after multiple days of calling trying to reschedule my appointment, and they said they still couldnt help me , the lady at the front desk couldnt even have a full conversation with me as she kept turning around moving things , answering the phone and talking to coworkers, I felt that was very rude, of her and unprofessional, she said she cant take me in as a walk in , that they "dont do that" , not to mention every time Ive tried making an appointment with Dr Carillo hes always on vacation or not available , even when I do make an appointment with him he is unable to attend due to his own schedule, its frustrating coming here , and even the assistant nurse that has helped me (after reading my file) asked me to explain so many things to her that I felt she should know as a assistant in this facility, I am not a nurse or anything so my vocabulary wasnt sophisticated at all. This place is not friendly at all.

The guy doctors are really good .. but one of the nurse in ths front desk is so rude ! Idk how she hasnt gotten fired !
