we are asked to filled in a long form, waited in the lobby before being seen for less than 5 minutes. Dr. Berman didnt even tell us the condition of the problem, what to pay attention to. When we called back to get more information, he was very impatient on the phone and not even willing to answer my questions. In summary, we barely got any information from him for the problem we went to him for. I felt his service doesnt deserve the fees that he charged us.

I went to see Dr. Berman at the Berman Skin Institute last week. I must say I was impressed by his office and his staff. He was nothing but patient with me and wasnt rushed. I am definately going back next week and I am going to start a series of treatments. I would definatley recommend this office to anybody out there. Be your own judge and try it for yourself - dont just take my word for it.

Dr. Zimmerman was extremely helpful and considerate of my skin problems. He listened to what I had been struggling with and gave me the right skin regime! My skin improved dramatically after only 2 weeks! I had tried doing so many things for my skin and none of it ever worked. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who has been struggling with acne! They will change your life!

Had a Hair Transplant with Dr. Berman almost a year ago. Was just in for my 1 year follow up and the results were great. The Artas robot is the only way to go. High tech procedure run by the most experienced doctor. I could not have asked for anything better. The office, staff and Dr. Berman were top notch. I would highly recommend Dr. Berman and the Berman Skin Institute.

Went to the Berman Skin Institute for a course of very expensive and painful Fraxel which did absolutely NOTHING to any of my wrinkles or dark spots. When I complained, Berman was angry but agreed to discount a future resurfacing by the price of my Fraxel. However, I would never go back to this place.

Top notch world class service! The entire staff is so knowledgeable, helpful and friendly! Great facials, laser hair removal, teen & adult skin care, everything you could want or need from a dermatologist is here! Dr. Berman, Teri, Ebu, Diana & Rose are all wonderful!
