Im writing this review on behalf of my senior parents. My parents were taken advantage of. They both have medicare and medical and and were still charged a ridiculous amount of out of pocket. I asked for the codes so I could compare them to what their insurance covered and they kept giving me the runaround. I went in to get some answers and all they did was try to explain the charges and tell me that they had already sign the contract and the finance papers and that the charged were already processed. I eventually got the codes but when I called to ask questions I kept getting put on hold and eventually getting sent to an answering system. My parents saw how frustrated I was and asked me to just leave it alone and what was done was done. So I did. They had all their dental work done months ago and they both still have a lot of dental issues and a huge debt. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

My intelligence was deeply insulted. Clear that monetary incentives are their only motives. Their staff must be trained similar to that of a car sales men, to include finance positions that will offer financing for unessicary treatment. Its a shame. Coming from government nonprofit dental care this is very disappointing. By attempting to tag on extra unessicary treatment to what I actually needed to get done they have lost my business all together. My first experience was horrid. They couldnt get one thing right! called me in late just to say they wouldnt be able to see me at all. I thought maybe it was just a fluke but after todays experience its clear how bad it really is. MAKE THIS YOUR LAST RESORT, SO THAT THEY EITHER LEARN FROM THEIR MISTAKES OR FAIL.

Super friendly staff! Great customer service! Nice and clean modern office. I would also say their equipment is pretty hi-tech. UPDATE: I previously gave them 5 stars but I reduced it to 4. They schedule too many people each day. Twice they asked me to come back another day after they took x-rays because there was only one dentist on duty. I had extra waiting time that because they want to cram in as many patients as possible. Hope they change that because its a nice place.

I visited the Pomona office and it was beyond thee best experience ever. Not exagerating, but from the moment I walked through the front door on my appointment day up to when I left. I received the most friendly and upmost proffessional customer service from all the staff. I would recommend this to all who love being treated with respect ,and are given the best treatment from friendly staff. Keep up the excellent work.

Staff is absolutely friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Refaat is patient, thorough, knowledgeable, and understanding. He guides you step by step and explains everything and checks in with you periodically to make sure there is no discomfort. Katrina is extremely helpful and helps tremendously with the process of understanding insurance coverage. Overall, one of thr best customer services I have experienced.

Horrible staffs, un-professional business. Always there problems on the last minutes appointment. Our son have procedures with specialist and the appointment take year to get it done but last has to go to another office to get it done. Never go back again to this office. Look like they dont want people business either do us in future.

This place is great! Honestly the staff is so nice and friendly! The atmosphere is so peaceful. They always have new kid movies playing! They really work with you to give you the best price they can and I honestly just love it here! No long wait times! I go in for my app Im out so quick.

Smiley faces, warm environment knowledgeable staff, the doctor sat with me and explained the plan of care. Dr. Rafaat was very nice ans took his time to explain my care plan. Great chair side manners. Great hands and he takes his time to make sure you have adequate pain control.

Dr. Refaat is very kind, and does very good work. It is good to have a dentist like him because he treats all of his patience with great care. The assistants are friendly and are also knowledgeable and capable. The other support staff also make me feel welcome.

Its great, all the staff here is very friendly and very truthful, not afraid to ask questions. I like that they have a corner area for the children to play with. Dentist and ortho are extremely nice and stayed always informed about every procedure.
