AGREE WITH SKYLER .Definetely not a good dentist. He seems so nice but hes sneaky. He gains your confidence and when it comes down to the treatment he gets his associates or employees to do the treatment. My son had baby root canals done (supposedly) and 2 awful ugly looking fillings not only that but my son had discomfort. Done by Dr. Natividad. Next day after my son had his fillings I went in to show them the crapy work that was done. Holes on the fillings and drooping on his gum with excess material. Dr. Albouz which is the owner of the office never even came out to see my son. The receptionist made me open my sons mouth and show her the so called complaint I had. She sat on her desk as i stood there and she typed away on her computer for a few min. When she looked up she gave me my money back and said that Dr. will no longer see my son. I told her I could not believe those words were coming out of her mouth and she just stared and so did her buddy in the front. I asked her for a refund receipt and she said she could not print one. So I asked her to give me a handwritten one. As soon as I said that she printed me one.???? No one ever said sorry for the invonvenience, nothing!!!!!!!!!!!! AWFUL PLACE. Dirty, Unprofessional. Scum bag denstist. as Skyler says schmoozer...

Dr. Albouz is a great dentist as I was a patient of his for almost 10 years. I had always enjoyed going to the dentist as his staff was very friendly and always helpful. That is until a new person was hired named Monica. My treatment plans were incorrect not just once, but twice. One time charging me $265 dollars above what my co-pay was supposed to be. Monica was also not very friendly and I am sure she did not like that I had to double check her work all the time, but I had to make sure I only paid my co-pay and not extra. I worried that others may be over-charged as I believe most people would assume the dentist office staff are the experts and usually I would say this is true. So my final word would be, Dr. Albouz is a wonderful dentist - just make sure you double check your treatment plan against your Dental Insurance Fee Schedule to make sure you are being billed correctly.

Dr.Albouz, Cant thank you enough for your hospitality and amazing work. I don;t like going to Dentist and you and your staff made my appt. so pleasant. everyone was so helpful and patient. DrAlbouz took the time to answer all my questions and concerns, something you don"t see anymore in the medical field. I did not feel like a number! Ive had lots of work done by many Dentists and by far hes the Best!!!! His dedication and passion and compassion truly comes across in his work. He truly loves his work .a Blessed to have him as a Dentist. My wife has been in Medical field for over 25 years and very rare to come across Doctors like him. I Highly recommend him to anyone who wants things done right. I had a veneer and a crown done the Same Day!!!!! Our family now has someone you could trust. We are Beyond Happy!!!!

I was referred to "Dr Albouz" for a sedated root canal. Dr. Albouz is the schmoozer. His charisma makes him a superb salesman but the actual work/procedure is done by Third World practitioners whose credentials are "not available". I had a botched root canal which will result in an extraction and implant...exactly what a root canal is performed to preclude. I was charged for full IV sedation when I only got Nitrous. When I challenged his bill he would not adjust. I am suing him for malpractice, personal injury and fraud. Enough said ?

Dr Bouz is charming and personable. He chats up the patients while other, Third World dentists do the actual work. Dr Bouz is constantly on the upsell regardless of patients needs, so watch out. He will offer you treatment after treatment and service after service whether you need it or not. When I went for braces at UCLA, I found out there what a bad dentist Dr Bouz really is. The best advice I can give is to stay away from this dentist.
