I was referred to this place by mom because I injured my back during a soccer game and shortly after the wonderful treatments/adjustments I sprained my ankle in another soccer game and honestly coming here helped my injures so much more than a visit to the doctors who will just tell you to stay off of it and write a prescription. Not only did they help my ankle recover but my ankle has never been better - I have always had issues because I never took injuries seriously but they are awesome. The ladies at the front desk are so kind and welcoming. Dr. Spainhower is awesome!!!

I visited First Chiropractic after a car accident in February. The wreck wasnt horrible, but I was in pretty wretched shape for about a week before a friend recommended a chiropractor. After my first visit with Dr. Spainhower(sp?), I felt better. Several visits afterwards and I made continual improvement. All together Im feeling much better now, though I think Ill still pop in occasionally for an adjustment or massage. Working at a desk does more damage than you realize.

Dr. Spainhower does a great job adjusting me - and, now I just had my first Accupuncture done there (by Kirsten Spainhower), and slept extremely well after my Accupuncture appointment. Kirsten was very professional and took a lot of time with me to go over my medical history and thoroughly explained the procedure so that I felt very comfortable during the treatment. I highly recommend First Chiropractic for chiropractic care, and now for Accupuncture!

Dr. Spainhower has been treating me for over 10 years! I was reluctant to go, because I have been hurt by other chiropractors...........I was wonderfully pleased with how smooth the adjustments are - Never causing pain! Ive been going to the office for about three months for chiropractic adjustment and physical therapy. Im now as good as new; and the treatment for lower back pain was extremely helpful. They keep me walking, moving, and feeling great! Before starting my care at First Chiropractic I was in constant pain and discomfort. Theyve taught me stretches and habits to take care of my back on my own. And they are currently treating my bothers motorcycle accident injuries, hed be in a lot of pain without the great care he is getting here!

The Spainhower chiropractic business is amazing. Everyone there is so nice and very good at what they do. My back and neck were getting much better until I was rear ended in August. They did everything they could but unfortunately I will have to try to find relief another way. Would recommend if you have any back or neck pain to see them.
