I searched online to find a chiropractor. That was how I found them. She seemed very nice and genuine on the phone. I asked questions about what they charge and was told that the first appointment would be $60 at the lowest and $45 for an adjustment. That was all. She seemed like she was uncomfortable with my questions. After going and being seen by the doctor, I am now told that the adjustment is extra and there is a $50 fee to be in a program to get a lower rate for each adjustment to be $45. I went in for the adjustment because the numbness in my hands has come back and pinched nerves, I now work full time at a very strenuous job and have been in a lot of pain. I was paying a monthly price and will be going back there due to having chronic problems. I am not being able to purge money to these people just cuz they are closer to where I work and live. I am a single parent and going here would have been well over 300 a month for the kind of care I need. I feel very mislead and frustrated that people use these selling techniques. Lying and being deceitful is not how a business should run. Upselling? Nope. Just plain lying! If you want a great chiropractor, go to Sunrise Chiropractic on Sunrise Blvd! There monthly price is $125!

Truly Caring and Professional I have been having an issue with my leg. Ive been going to Dr. Kent for wellness adjustments for several years. This is a new problem so we made an appointment for an exam. He explained what he was looking for and what he observed. We made a plan of treatment. He is always kind and remembers me and how our last appointment went. His adjustments are different every time, depending on what he observes about my body at that particular visit. I appreciate that it isnt the same each time. That means he is truly aware of what my body needs that day. I couldnt be happier with his care. His receptionist, Jennifer, always greets me by my name and makes sure I get into my exam quickly. She is kind and efficient and explains things in a way that is easy to understand.

Dr. Kent Hardenbrook was my chiropractor in St. Thomas USVI islands. He has left quite a number of years now and I still echo his name with sounds of excellence. I have never found another doctor to provide the peerless customer service like he did. Dr. Hardenbrook is second to none. His experience, customer service and how he cares for his clients wellbeing is to be admired and taken as an example for all in his profession to follow. You are truly missed Dr. Hardenbrook. Dr. Kent is the best chiropractor Ive ever had and Ive been to 8 different ones. I always leave feeling better and in less or no pain after an adjustment. He is truly a master of his craft!
