Unfortunately, insurance HMOs allow treatment with specific physicians within our office. Janet, after repeated explanations, simply did not understand that. In most cases, the customer is always right. But in this case, Janet was not. She was difficult, and our office prefers to take care of patients who we get along with. Our receptionist made no mistake in gently declining to treat Janet.

Dr. Fink and Dr. Erickson took outstanding care of me during my recovery from an industrial accident. Andrea their receptionist was always cheerful and helpful. The only complaint I have is it is difficult to get into their parking lot.
