I was in a auto accident in 2002 that literally turned off the lights. My vision, sense of smell, hearing and even taste buds were affected. The doctors thought I would never walk because the low back was injured so bad. I had no feeling in my leg to the point I didnt know cartilage in my knee was torn. The original xrays showed my neck completely in a reverse (explosive) curve. I was treated by pain, knee and chiropractic doctors over the next 15 years, fighting with workmans comp the whole way. In 2013, state work comp no longer wanted to help. I paid on my own (after a minimal settlement) for pain, knee, chiropractic, prescriptions, etc., but was still in much pain to the point of disability in every area. My chiropractor was on vacation in October and I met Dr. Barham when he left a flier at my workplace. After my initial exam, and just two adjustments, I have felt better than I have in years. My stomach works better, TMJ is gone, my customers even noticed that I wasnt limping and "holding up the counter" from pain. I do things now that I havent done in 5 years!

At the age of 17 I was in horrible accident leaving me with a year of physical therapy and massage therapy and living in continuous pain. I continued seeing doctors for years, having steroid injections and trying any medication out there for pain, until they said there was no more they could do for me. I was only 21 at the time and that seemed like the worlds end, being 21, yet living with the pain of someone far past my age. It wasnt until I met with Doctor Barham and his team that I felt there could be hope of healing. Slowly my daily migraines, shooting pains, and back spasms lessened more and more with every treatment. I know I will always have my injuries but Dr. Barham allows me to be able to live my life virtually pain free in comparison to what I would feel everyday before his care. Finally years after the accident my body is healing all because of his teams detailed and dedicated treatment. I owe so much to Dr.Barham and I promise you life will be changed. If you are in pain please believe that this is the the #1 in patient care.

My first experience with a chiropractor was a rough, scary one after which I left in more pain than I arrived. Having my neck cracked was just as traumatic as Id expected. Then, moving dorms in college, I threw out my lower back and couldnt sit, stand or turn without severe pain. Having just moved for school, I now had to find a Sacramento chiropractor and was referred to Dr. Barham by a roommate who was an athlete and swore by him. My visit was amazing- the staff was warm and friendly, and Dr. Barham made me feel completely comfortable. He also identified back issues I had ignored/denied for a long time and fixed them quickly. A few months later I threw my neck out and lived with headaches and neck pain for a week before giving in and visiting Dr. Barham again. After telling him how scared I was to have my neck adjusted, he got it done while keeping me distracted with conversation. His sense of humor eased my anxiety and I left completely free of pain. So thankful for this place!

We began going to Barham Chiropractic in 2012 after Dr. Barham found out our elder daughter was suffering with chronic migraines and on Topomax to control them. He completed a full exam of her, our younger daughter and me and discovered we all have a similar anatomical anomaly which makes us more susceptible to migraines. He suggested a treatment plan and within a few weeks our daughter no longer needed her migraine meds. She now lives in Nashville and, with Barham Chiropractics help, she found a chiropractor their who keeps her migraines at bay. I suffered a low back injury last year and through Dr. Barham and Dr. Johnsons treatment plan I am now able to stay active and mostly pain free. The thing we most like about Barham Chiropractic is that each patient is treated as an individual and thus the treatment plans vary - even within a family. Top that off by their super friendly office staff and the feeling that you are a part of big family and you have a perfect experience.

There truly are no words that could describe my experience(s) at Barham Chiropractic. First consultation was the royal treatment: x-rays, consultations, etc. Compared to prior chiropractic experiences, it felt as if I were waited on hand and foot. They were descriptive with the severity of my physical situation, and created a wellness plan for me that was easy to stick to, convenient around my schedule, and with smiles everywhere. I dont know who does the hiring at this establishment, but whoever it is deserves an award. Everyone is knowledgeable, gracious, and has a fantastic sense of humor. Every time I come in, I often end up talking to everyone up at reception for minutes on end, often placing me late for other appointments I have that day; it is well worth it though. While its never fun to find out there are problems with ones spine, it is a treat to know you have a long engagement with Barham Chiropractic--definitely something to look forward throughout the week.

LIKE - 0 LIKES I can not express the depth of gratitude I have towards both Dr Barham & Dr Clark. I will simply say I do not want to even imagine the life I would be living today had I not met with Barham Chiropractic who figured out what was going on with my spinal health and then set up an individual treatment plan for me! I go on a weekly basis to maintain the health status they have given me and each and every visit the Drs & staff treat me like a special guest. I observe them treating each and every client that same way. They have so many perks for their clients too. Im still trying to figure out how they do it? They are so kind, professional and generous and have helped me above and beyond my expectations! This Chiropractic business deserves to win A-list. They are truly best there is! I drive to my appointments from Folsom and I would drive further if needed for the care I receive from Barham Chiropractic!

I absolutely recommend going to Barham Chiropractic! I was not only given the care I desperately needed, but I was also given hope. I had been seeing multiple doctors for nearly two years because of chronic, unexplained dizziness that was deeply affecting my everyday life. No doctors could figure out why I was having these symptoms and could do nothing to assist me or treat my symptoms. But when I went to Barham Chiropractic, they were able to recognize the area being affected - in my upper neck - and begin a treatment plan to assist me. I started seeing results immediately and am now having long-term positive results! I now have my life back and again; I have the ability to work, drive, and do all other daily tasks that I was previously unable to do. Both Dr. Barham and Dr. Johnson are kind, knowledgeable, and so skilled at their job. I could not more highly recommend them!
