I do triathlons and run marathons. Which means I get injured. I have been seeing Dr. Lau for over ten years. He has made it possible for me to continue to train and race. At first I went to Elite Spinal and Sports Care when I was injured. I am 50 and I now go regularly for preventative care. Dr. Laus knowledge and ability to describe and explain the cause of injury is easily understood. He takes the time to show exercises and stretching for rehab and to prevent further injury. He either has you video tape him or gives you a link so you dont forget the exercises. Because I see Dr. Lau regularly I stay injury free longer and that improves my quality of life. I cant say enough about his care, but it is also his personality and bedside manner that keeps me coming back. The office is clean, well equipped for rehab, and the patient rooms are comfortable and private. The receptionist are welcoming and helpful when scheduling. The wait time to see a doctor has never been long. If you are an athlete or sit too much for your job and get pains you dont understand you need to go to Elite Spinal and Sports Care.

I affectionately refer to Dr. Justin Lau as Mr. Magic as he has a knack for pinpointing the cause of my injuries and providing effective treatment. There hasn’t been a single ailment he hasn’t fixed; over 10 plus years of my demented pursuit of Ironman. :) Although I consider him somewhat of an Artist he is a serious practitioner of his craft and constantly seeks out approaches and techniques that yield the outcomes his patients yearn for – being pain free. In my opinion his greatest attribute is his passion for fixing injuries and quickly getting you back on your feet. There hasn’t been a single person I’ve referred to him that hasn’t been equally impressed and pleased.

I had a recent injury/fracture and could not get in with my hospitals PT due to their being booked out, so I took matters in my own hands and called this business and booked a massage to work out some of the soft tissue damage. They were very accommodating and I got an appointment the next day with Mitchell who did an excellent job. The next day I was moving so much better. It made a Huge difference and is accelerating my healing and functionality. Mitchell was knowledgeable and also knows fascia release modalities so I will definitely be back.

Dr. Justin Lau is unlike any chiropractor I have ever known. He commands an exquisite knowledge of human anatomy and pathology . He is able to pinpoint problem areas and come up with tailored and effective treatment plans. At the same time, he is honest with his assessments and will never promise results beyond his capabilities. The only potential downside is a full schedule due to his success and popularity. However, I feel without reservation that he would be worth the wait!
