A friend had been going here was a while, and I had heard nothing but good things from her about her experience. She ended up finding me a Groupon deal there for a chiropractic adjustment and 3 massages for under $100 (great deal by the way). And with nagging muscle and alignment issues, how could I say no? The office is small and quaint up front, but opens up in the back to several chiropractic and massage areas. Dr. Lily was very professional and social, which was a plus, and she did an excellent job. The deep tissue massage was great as well, and was needed just as much as the alignment. I look for forward to the 2 more as part of my package deal. A helpful piece of advice prior to your massage is to make sure youre properly hydrated before and after. I was and it made muscle fatigue and soreness nonexistent for me. Ill definitely be going back in the future for my chiropractic issues and massage needs, and highly recommend their services

My first chiopractic experience ever was at Living Root! I expected to see Dr. Liliana but the receptionist said she is off due to family emergency. And i was scheduled to see Dr. Fatema Kolia. She is super friendly, knowledgeable and skillful. She gave me a brief introduction about musculoskeletal system, especially the spine and how such a disorder affects general health via the nervous system. She did some adjustments (my hips, back, shoulder...) and she did it perfect! My main reason to this place is to adjust my shoulder and she did great job. I definitely will refer my friends to this place. And I will be back too for a massage.

As a pregnant woman, the state of CA has me on disability leave. I was so upset about the rudeness and discrimination (Im sure she meant for people that didnt look like me) that I had to leave my massage early and cancel my chiro. Not recommended for people on a fixed income or anyone less fortunate. Definitely dont go here if you have trauma or PTSD.

Dr.Lilly is very kind and knowledgeable. She did an adjustment on my 1 week old. She was very gentle, explained everything she was doing, and really took her time to make sure baby and I were comfortable with everything. Excellent chiropractor and very welcoming/accommodating staff!

I can not rate this company as Ive never been there. However, I was shocked at the response to a client who did not show up. All I can say is wow. American River College has an amazing Effective Effective Writing Communication. Please consider re-writing your correspondence.
