The most unprofessional doctor that I have run into in all my life. First, she is talking to a parent of a child needing medical help. She has no empathy, no concern to listen to the parent, very demeaning and rude in attitude, did not want to listen to the questions and concerns voiced by the parent, curt in response, and the list goes on. She has been my childrens pediatrician for so many years and I always wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt. Maybe she had a bad day? But this time, her unprofessional way of treating the patient and parent just went too far. She was cold and outright offensive in her hand gestures and language used, mocking my questions. She curtly brushed them off and tried to push me to go see a specialist. Has she been in this doctor "business" so long that she forgot why she first wanted to become a doctor? So cold and rude. If you love your child, I highly recommend you seek another pediatrician who has a heart.
