First off--they did not honor my eye insurance policy. When I told them they werent honoring it, they told me I didnt know my own policy. They ended up over charging me $20 and then realizing their mistake and paying me back later. The wait was over a half hour. All of the assistants in the doctors office were extremely rude. (The eye technicians, as opposed to the secretaries). I spoke with three of them. The doctor himself used me as an opportunity to complain about how much having kids makes him worry, and since he spoke to my father regarding health insurance, I was uncomfortable. Everything with the office-scheduling, wait time, insurance, staff-- was a pain.

Is ridiculous the time you have to wait to see the doctor. 2 hours on the waiting room to see the doctor. My husband had his appointment at 3:30pm is 5:10 and still waiting. Every time is the same thing. Time to look for a new Doctor.
