Stay away from this crook!!!!!!!! I went in after having YEARS of bad experiences with dentist and he started the conversation: "You have a TON of deferred maintenance" which I already knew. I went in for 1 crown that had broken off with the hopes of working out a long term treatment plan. I explained that I was the major sponsor for an up-coming fundraiser in Natomas and he said: "Sounds like you should be having a fund raiser for yourself"! (We had just discussed cost). To back up that crappy comment, I asked him if they did any in-house financing and again, his snotty comment was "We are NOT a financial institution". He had me about in tears and then asked "Am I being to blunt"? This guy is: DEMEANING DEGRADING OVER-PRICED RUDE STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!! He even went on to say that "if you want cheap work, go to Rio Linda and dug out a copy of a dentist that is in Sacramento Magazine and say "look at this, these guys think they can do work like me and this is what people get" so he even bashed the competition openly. As a business owner myself, that is about the highest level of UN-PROFESSIONALISM there is!!!!!!!!!!!! To make a long story short, I left and he did NOTHING! I asked if he could temporarily glue in the broken crown and he bluntly said "NO, I wont do that, keep using your Poli-Grip". All I asked for was a VERY temporary fix until I could get in next week to get it pulled and get me through the long holiday weekend. This guy has HORRIBLE chair-side manager and needs not be taking care of people. He spent the first 10 minutes telling me that he was also a General Contractor, in the Property Management Business and about his clients Rolls Royce he parks across the street. When it came time for me to ask questions about MY care, he said, "I dont have time, I have to go- I will send it our gal (who turns out to be his WIFE to discuss the cost of all this and you can make a decision". Let it be known it was not so much about the cost (we are talking about spending $30-$50K) it was about his approach which in my years of dealing with all walks of professionals was absolutely the worst I have EVER seen! Not sure how this guy stays in business!!

They are AMAZING! I originally came to this dentist two years ago, but due to insurance, I couldnt take care of my very first two cavities there. I went to different dentists on different insurance plans who said I had 4 cavities or 6 cavities. Because of a traumatic wisdom teeth extraction, I was extremely scared to get a cavity filled let alone 4 or 6. I didnt want someone unnecessarily traumatizing me just to get more money. I finally got Delta Dental insurance, (yes they take Delta Dental PPO and Premiere) and I immediately came back to them. They looked in my mouth and said I still only have two cavities. I immediately felt like I was in good hands, and they werent out to get me for my, or my insurance money. I made sure they were very aware that I was completely scared to get my teeth taken care of because of my traumatic history. They reassured me that they would make sure I wouldnt feel a thing. Kristen and I decided it would be best to get both cavities taken care of at once so I didnt have to have two freak out sessions. I have to tell you, Dr. Kosta Adams and Dr. Kristen Adams were absolutely amazing. They took wonderful care of me. They took it slow while numbing me, and I didnt feel a thing. There were very supportive and tried to make the environment as peaceful as they could. They really went the extra mile to keep me calm so I didnt have a complete meltdown. My fillings look wonderful, you wouldnt even know I had them done. They were absolutely amazing during the whole process. I would recommend anyone to go there, especially if you have a fear of dentists. They will make sure you are well taken care of.

I started going to see Dr. Adams over 2 years ago, after reading all of the great reviews. And everything was great, until just recently. Dr. Adams told me a few months back that one if my teeth had decay. The tooth happened to be right next to a missing tooth. He told me that I need to hurry up and come back for either a filling (otherwise as he said, it will end up costing me more for a root canal) OR I needed to take advantage of the decaying tooth and get a bridge. I went home and did research and a few weeks later when his office called to urge me to set the appointment, I set one for the filling. After the appointment, however, it felt like he had worked on a totally different tooth. So I walked in and asked him why he did not work on the tooth with decay. He looked me right into my eyes and said "who told you that you have a decaying tooth" so he denied it and I thought maybe I didnt hear right and didnt think anything of it... until about 2 months later when that very tooth he told me had decay BROKE APART IN MY MOUTH. Even the receptionist verified the file mentioned the tooth, the decay and the bridge but Dr.Adams fully denied he had told me I had a decaying tooth or that he had urged me to come get it fixed. Now I have to find a different dr and pay them more money for what he caused. I dont even doubt he did that on purpose just to get the more expensive bridge procedure.
