Great service. Fast and didnt have to wait. However make sure you know what your insurance covers because they will tell you that you need crowns and that they are not covered. I have county medi-cal and need a root canal on my front tooth. They told me my insurance doesnt cover a crown and they were right my insurance doesnt cover a porcelain crown but it does cover a composite crown. I called to inquire about the composite crown and she said she needed to call me back. Never called me back. They want $$$ and dont have a problem lying to get it. They could have at least told me whats covered and tried to sell me on which is better but they misinformed me. Make sure you know what coverage you have. Call your insurance and make sure before you pay out of pocket. I WILL BE REPORTING TO MY INSURANCE!!

I want to start off by saying I almost didnt take my daughter here after reading the reviews since I have Medical through the county as well,but Im so glad I did! The office is super nice and clean as well as the bathroom and Jerry who works the front is just AWESOME! Not one person was rude to myself or my daughter and they went out of their way to make my 3 year old who was scared to death to be there feel comfortable. By the time we left my daughter was smiling and happy about her next cleaning. Ill be bring my other daughter here as well.

The front desk is horrible. So I missed an appointment and called to reschedule, spent 5 of the 20 min I was on the phone for receptionist to try and figure out what appointment I missed which really is unimportant, then I have to spell my name several times, put on hold again. I dont mind being put on hold or spelling my name, its just the lack of knowledge. And the first time I had my tooth filled the filling came out within a few days and they wanted me to wait a month to get it fixed um ya no. Changing dentist.

Wish I could put Zero stars.... I have Med I Cal dental insurance, witch to them seems permission to treat me as a low form of life. Thats the only conclusion I can come up with for treating me so badly. Poor Manners, rude behavior, and extremely bad service, can you believe this company is still in business ???? I could go on and on about the lousy workmanship this place does, but just take my word and the many others who give poor reviews of this place, to just stay away. You will thank us......

I agree not a good place for medi-cal . I brought my insurance card and they refused to see me because I didnt bring my ID card . I spoke with the 2x before my appointment never once did they say bring ID I even offered to give them my social security card and it was a emergency I had a abscess waited 1 whole week to be seen on halloween just to be turned away..should of just went to the emergcy room because now I have to wait one whole month for my insurence to be active at another office

The stars represent my pain level and only my pain level. I had multiple teeth pulled and the dentist was quick about it, no problems there. The problem now its that Im in an extreme amount of pain three days later and these jokers refuse to give me anything to help with the pain. Maybe i should take a "lead pill" to the head. If these people dont care then why should I.

They dont care if you have a dental urgent care, they dont care if you are burning in pain, they dont care what will happen to you. They only care about the money. Had a serious dental emergency but they asked me to come back after five days. They didnt check it.

The best Dental Office!!! The whole family likes them! They treat kids and adults on high level service! Dont have to wait hours to be called in. They are really nice and very polite! 100% satisfied with them!
