Had Mohs surgery. Decent technicians, but 0 bedside manner. As a new patient the Dr walks in, after 2 other people had come in asking questions, and asks what do I want today. I had to ask who he was. Although they had a handout about this type of surgery, it was never offered. Finally after surgery, while asking questions, the assistant asks if I want an info sheet, which was right there. Noticed while waiting, patients coming in for some kind of skin treatment were told to take some dark goggles from a box (maybe sunlamp treatment? ) When done the goggles were returned to same box, without any apparent sanitizing. Hopefully its not a contagious skin problem. On my first visit they were out of liquid nitrogen. The staff said they had a new Dr on staff, but they were expecting a shipment later that day. Come on, my dds. is never out of lidocaine.

former patient of Dr. Yen in Spring 2009 seeking help from chronic skin lesions all over my body that oozed, scabbed and iched. he prescribed Prednisone and took biopsies that returned negative. without any further diognostic effort he concluded it could be scabies or a MRSA infection (methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus). so he prescribed a topical treatment for both and neither helped. after anothe Prednisone prescription his ONLY response to my question of what else can it be was "What do you want me to do?" Im not kidding, after that phone call I was to never go back to him again. I believe he was incompetent to determine a cause of my dermatological disorder.

I had to have a tumor removed that was a form of skin cancer. (Dermatofibro sarcoma protuberans) He told me from the beginning there would be a huge hole that would need a skin graft. I was scared but he gave it to me straight forward & told me to just trust him & hed do what would everything to make my scar not be huge. I came to him after the drs had said id probably become an amputee. Ive been in remission & my frankenstein leg healed real pretty too. Id send any1 & every1 to him. He comes a lil rude but he just knows he is good at what he does. hands down.

Oh my GOD i would never go there again, very tired staff , not motivated at all and very unfriendly manners.they dont convenience you at all answer you quickly and want you get out.

Had severe cystic acne in 2014. Doesnt prescribe accutane and this practice really does nothing to implement a permanent or long term solution
