Most of my adult life I have had a "red" or "ruddy" complexion, as did my fateher and two brothers. As I aged the redness worsened and I became very self-conscous. A few years ago I was asked to be in a commercial to promote the restaurant where i worked, but as soon as the director began filming me he said "her face is too red". I have tried many products specifically formulated to reduce redness, but none helped and makeup would not cover. I researched rosacea(I believed that was my problem) on the internet and decided that I needed professional help. My health insurance representative recommended Tim Rosio,MD at AnewSKIN Dermatology. Dr Rosio confirmed my belief that I had rosacea and, after thoroughly explaining the procedure, performed laser surgery on my skin. He also recommended products for the redness and for my large pores. It has been over a year since I had the laser surgery and began using the products and I am very happy with the end result. I am no longer embarrassed about my skin and much ot the time I dont wear makeup. Throughout this process I have had many questions for Dr Rosio and his staff and they have been very considerate by answering them thoroughly without making me feel foolish. I am so thankful that I found Dr Rosio and plan to use his services in the future.

I was very disappointed in this doctor and I wish I had read other reviews in other sites before visiting. I was in there for a simple procedure, remove facial hair. I am a redhead and was told at other places that I would have to dye my hair darker in order for the laser removal to work. Dr. Rosio assured me that I would have good results without dye. After 5 treatments and no results, he blamed my follicles! I also noticed unnerving trends - he was always training new, pretty, young assistants. His older machines did not work correctly all the time. The final straw was when he charged me $250 for a test that took 15 seconds, did not tell me there would be extra charges from a lab on top of that, tried to charge Kaiser for it (rejected) then stuck me with the extra bill all without notice. He sent me an insulting "how dare you" email when I stood up for myself against this egotist. I would suggest reading all reviews before visiting.

I waited an hour. And the service was very bad. The guy was so rude and wanted me to pay for a consultation?! Charging me $$$ without even touching my face??! Also for someone who deals with skin his was bad. I will never go back.

They were friendly, and got me an appointment quickly. They are a little expensive, but they have a nice facility.
